Partner Programs

Team Liberty

Dedicated to promoting the success of organ transplantation, raising awareness for the urgent need of organ and tissue donation, and honoring all donors and their families who have so generously given the gift of life. Team Liberty is comprised of transplant recipients and their families, donor families, living donors and transplant professionals from the tri-state area. The members of Team Liberty participate and volunteer in local events all year round, and attend the Donate Life Transplant Games. Named Funds 

Riley’s Path
Seeks to improve the quality of life for transplant recipients and those in need of organ transplants.

Joseph D’Addio Fund
Raises funds to increase outreach to multicultural communities in New Jersey about the critical need and importance of registering as an organ and tissue donor.

Missy’s Miracle Scholarship Fund
Directly supports scholarships to high school students whose lives have been touched by organ and tissue donation and/or are advocates.

Jim Rhatican Scholarship Fund
Directly supports scholarships to high school students whose lives have been touched by organ and tissue donation and/or are advocates.

Hearts for Emma Partner Fund
Directly supports the Hero Act through the production and distribution of educational materials and related programs on the importance of organ and tissue donation and transplantation and scholarshipos to high school students.

John Levine Fund
Directly supports the general mission of the Sharing Network Foundation to save through clinical advancement, family support, public awareness and education about the life-saving benefits of organ and tissue donation and transplantation.

Jellybean's Rainbow
Raises funds to provide transplant recipients and their caregivers support to ensure they continue to thrive post-transplant.

The Wave Set
Continues to build awareness and educate the public about the importance of organ and tissue donation and transplantation through documentary screenings.
